To a question about the Russian language policy and its meaning for the image strategy complex and national security system

In the context of the current international situation, the most important are issues of national selfdetermination and identity. One of the most important elements of the «national norm» expression is the national language and the factors that determine its development. In this context, the national language may be an essential tool, both domestic and foreign policies of the state (the instrument of soft power). This issue is particularly acute for the national political and cultural elite at the present stage. Theoretical approaches to the formation of values and ethical guidelines of the Russian society can be based, to a certain extent, on the fundamental postulates of the main currents of Russian philosophy of the XIX century, especially paying attention to the concept of the "Russian idea". It is important to understand that in this case the national language becomes a political tool in the global sense and objective may be part of the whole complex of state branding policy. The tactics of the national language promotion in an international environment (methods and forms) must be not aggressive in nature and create a pressure effect on the subconscious of citizens of that state for which this mechanism is provided. Image effect is achieved through the common moral and ethical attitudes, wearing ethnic, national determination by the country. On the other hand, the study of the impact on the public consciousness of a social system by means of the facts surrounding the use of the studied linguistic tools, allows you to view philosophy as a system of knowledge in the interdisciplinary field of application, vibrating between the different areas of social sciences.
