Бесплатный доступ

The article examines the understanding of territory as a physical space used in social sciences. It is noted that in this sense, the territory characterizes only a part of the physical space suitable for human use. At the same time, a physical territory cannot be a part or property of a social process or phenomenon, including the State. It should not be considered as a condition for the existence of state-legal phenomena. The author concludes that the physical territory is not a category of social sciences.
