To the question of the concept of evidence

The article is devoted to one of the most discussion points of criminal proceedings - the concept and the essence of evidence. In this article the author analyzes criminal procedural law, academic opinions on this issue. The author concludes that there is a need for legislative adjustment of the concept of evidence in criminal proceedings.
