To the question of the concept of the domain name

The article is devoted to the study of the concept and features of domain names in terms of their legal nature. The author analyzes the concept of a domain name from the positions of Russian, foreign and international law and order. The analysis of the main doctrinal positions on the legal nature of the domain name is presented. Based on the results of the research, the author concludes that it is possible to classify domain names as intellectual property.
