On the question of concept, function and structure of wages in the aspect of labour economics

In the article on the basis of the analysis of approaches to wages in Labour economics and in the Labour Law author's definition of wages is given. Are analyzed attributes specified of this definition. The basic functions of wages are considered. The approach is given in structure of wages in view of positions of Labour economics.
