To the question of the concept of state administration

Today, in the general theory of public administration, several different approaches to understanding its essence have developed. Thus, public administration is considered in the form of: a social and legal phenomenon or a variety of targeted impact on social processes; a public legal phenomenon, the essence of which most fully transfers the category of public administration; political and administrative phenomena; service and administrative phenomena; public-administrative phenomenon, the content of which is disclosed through the category of public administration, etc. In the article, the author explores the main theoretical approaches to understanding the essence of public administration, which will subsequently help to establish the key levels of external influence of the principles of the activities of the state legal phenomenon, while highlighting the principle of legality, publicity, collegiality, etc.
