To the question of the concept and types of normative generalizations

The article deals with normative generalizations in the system of normative-regulatory means. The question of correlation between norms of law and normative generalizations is studied. It is proposed to consider normative generalizations as an independent means of legal regulation. The comparative analysis of the main types of normative generalizations is presented. The topical issue is the study of each normative generalization and determination of their place in the system of normative-regulatory means.
