Concerning the concept of culture: historical and philosophical aspects

The paper presents the results of the research and historical and philosophical judgment of the traditional culture concept. According to the author, the historical and philosophical judgment of human life shows that all the main theories and approaches, which formed the basis for development of the philosophy of culture, are based on the identity of the Russian people and the spiritual and historical process of its development.
