In this article, the author examines the issue of the concept of the object of a crime. He notes that for the first time this issue began to be widely developed in Soviet jurisprudence, which had a great impact on the object of the crime. The author gives various points of view on the concept of the object of a crime of modern researchers and gives his own definition.
