To the question of the concept of a transaction within the framework of civil legislation

In this article, the author considered the concept of "transaction". The definitions of "transaction" fixed in the editions of the Civil Code of 1964 and 1994 were analyzed. The author highlighted the distinctive features of the concepts contained in these editions of the Civil Code. The author also highlighted the features that an action must have in order for it to be recognized as a transaction. The author raised the question of whether an invalid transaction belongs to the category of "transaction".
