Comparative analysis of confiscation and conversion of property to state revenue as grounds for termination of ownership

The authors examine economic and legal problems that arise in Russia in the process of converting property into state ownership for anti-corruption purposes. A comparative legal analysis of the concepts of «confiscation» and «conversion of property into state income» is conducted. Legal complexities that arise in the implementation of various methods for minimizing corruption interest are studied. Directions for solving the identified problems are proposed.
