The article discusses modern approaches to the assessment and study of the psychological parameters of a student's individual educational trajectory in the educational process of higher education. The author proposes a group of parameters for monitoring the individual educational trajectory of a student in order to test the model of the professional space for choosing the IET of a university. The paper presents the results of an empirical study of the parameters of a student's competence portrait at ULSU. Prospects for further research are the development of a reflexive-target component of educational activity through the formation of a student's subjective position in relation to their educational trajectory, the development of competencies associated with joint group and research activities, the development of a professional worldview, and the acquisition of professional knowledge and skills.
