On the issue of the potential of tools and sources of financing for construction industry enterprises

The article provides a brief overview of traditional methods and mechanisms used in financial security. Defining the role and place of the construction industry, the authors characterize ICO and project financing with the use of escrow accounts in the implementation of housing construction projects. The possibility of using new tools is illustrated by the practice of implementation both at the national and regional levels.
