On the issue of improving the effectiveness of the juvenile affairs units: the experience of the Republic of Belarus

In the article the authors consider certain aspects of the experience of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus, obtained during an experiment conducted in the period from 2019 to 2020 and related to changes in the functioning of a number of juvenile affairs inspections, namely, the transition from a zonal to a linear-zonal principle of operation. Taking into account the historical identity of our countries, the similarity of the tasks facing law enforcement agencies and the positive assessments of the results of the experiment conducted by Belarusian colleagues, the possibility of conducting a similar experiment in Russia is substantiated.
