The issue of improving the efficiency of musical training of students - sound directors of cultural mass performances and concert programs

The article is devoted to issues of efficiency increase of educational process of sound directors of cultural mass performances and concert programs. In particular, the author considers the problems concerning the musical training of future specialists. Based on her own pedagogical experience and the analysis done of the pre-Institute training of applicants the author suggests reorganizing the educational process in the form of non-traditional teaching methods development, integration of music disciplines and implementation of innovative technologies in education for the purposes of more qualitative training of specialists. Special attention is paid to the introduction of disciplines with mass form of music making in the curricula, such as "Fundamentals of ensemble singing" and "Vocal Choir practical work" being the basic and uniting all musical disciplines.
