The article deals with the results of pedagogical natural experiment on adaptation of young employees to the training during a trial period, that carried out at the traffic police of motor licensing and inspection department of Altai region. The author presents the analysis of conditions, course, running and received outcomes. The results of this investigation demonstrate the positive influence of the physical culture training to the adaptation processes in details.
