On the issue of ownership of funds on a bank deposit

This article is devoted to the consideration of the problem of ownership of a monetary deposit under a bank deposit agreement and was chosen by us because there is no consensus on this issue in the doctrine of civil law and judicial practice. Having analyzed scientific research on this topic, having studied judicial practice, we supported the point of view of preserving the "triad" of rights for depositors, and also gave some recommendations for eliminating this problem.
