The issue of legal consciousness in the soviet law of 1920s - 1930s

Introduction: the relevance to the subject of the article consists in insufficient study of scientific discussions on the challenges of legal consciousness in domestic law of 1920s - 1930s. This insufficiency complicates the process of studying and teaching the discipline "History of Political and Legal Doctrines" now. Meanwhile, creative heritage of representatives of the Soviet law: A.G. Goyhbarg, M.A. Reysner, E.V. Pashukanis, A.YA. Vyshinsky expressed in the ideas about the right of this period allows understanding regularities of the development of domestic jurisprudence which is just becoming the subject to independent scientific research. Materials and Methods: during the research of the process of emergence and development of legal theories, the principle of historicism and social approach is used that allows estimate the essence and the subject matter of scientific discussions of 1920s - 1930s on correct understanding of law, and also the historical and comparative method allowing compare and reveal specifics of various views of the right as a way of regulation of the relations in society...
