Аnnotation:The article is devoted to problems of legal knowledge as a special. Analyzes the main points of view on the admissibility of the legal production of judicial (legal) expertise. On the basis of the general theory of judicial expertology considered their genesis and the concept of judicial and legal expertise, as a procedural form of use of special legal knowledge.
