The question of the legal nature of power as the object of energy supply contract

The article deals with the concept of energy. The features of energy, allowing it to be separated from things, as well as defining its specificity as an object of the energy supply contract, are characterized. The points of view of various authors concerning the legal nature of this phenomenon are given. The features of energy, which do not allow to refer this category to things, are determined. In addition, energy is related to the concept of goods. At the same time, it is noted that energy, as a commodity, also has a certain specificity.
