To the question of the legal nature of relations in the transfer of debt

The problems of changing persons in the obligation have been of interest to civilists for a long time. The transfer of debt was studied from the point of view of the construction of the legal relationship and the mechanism of transferring responsibilities to another person. Changes in legislation, the introduction of privative and cumulative debt transfer have brought to life new publications on this topic. But in research, little space is devoted to the study of the legal nature of the transfer of debt, although legislative certainty has already developed with respect to the assignment of a claim. This article is devoted to the analysis of the legal relations underlying the transfer of debt, and the conclusion is made about its contractual nature.
