To the question of the legal nature of the agreement of participation in shared construction

The article is devoted to the question of determining the legal essence of the agreement of participation in shared construction. The article considers various points of view on the nature of the agreement. According to the results of the study, it is possible to qualify the agreement of participation in shared construction as a separate, independent type of civil contract and highlight its main features.
