Revisiting the legal and anti-legal impact in the labour relations

This article discusses the legal and anti-legal impact as the forms of implementation of the social power in labour rela- tions. It is considered that the anti-legal impact should be described as a purposeful process of the formation of the social power by a subject, represented by state, individuals and social formations of a model of the dependent subject's normal behavior behalf of individuals and their groups from the power subject's viewpoint and interests, who is exacerbating the dependent subject's legal status, lowering its legal guarantees level, due to leading to lower its social status, an importance in the public life by the way of making power decisions, which are endowed in both legal and anti-legal forms, expressed in the non-law norms and principles, the legal anti-culture, law-enforcement acts, which are exacerbating the legal status of a dependent subject.
