On the question of legal parallelism in the historical development of the institute of bar of China and Russia: general and specific

The article analyzes the historical genesis of the formation of the Institute of Advocacy in China and Russia at various stages of world history, taking into account the development of law and legislation in these countries. The legal status of a professional defender, the organization of advocacy and the ideas of advocacy in the periods of time under consideration are compared. The author concludes that there is a historical and legal parallelism in the history of the development of advocacy legislation in Russia and China.
