On the legal status and development prospects of territorial public self-governments in the Russian Federation

In article the author discusses the main aspects of territorial public self-managements and their legal status in the Russian Federation, the analysis of the concept of territorial public self-managements, legal framework of their activities, the main functions and powers, the author also analyzes the main problems of their work, territorial self-government and the prospects for their improvement in the future on the example of Samara city.
