On the issue of legal regulation of the unified digital space of modern Russia

The article is devoted to the study of the legal aspects of the functioning of information systems in force in the Russian Federation. It is emphasized that the legal regime of information resources is controlled by two categories of legal norms: directly regulating information systems and the subject of which are elements of these systems. The principle of the legal relationship between the whole and elements of information systems is logically determined. The author considers it necessary to legally prolong the rules of law applicable to the unified technology on relations regarding state legal systems.
