Бесплатный доступ

The article is devoted to the study of the issue of legal regulation of prohibited zones for the flight of unmanned aerial vehicles. The author says that the public interest in unmanned aerial vehicles has increased in recent years, due to the economic avail- ability and capabilities of the drones themselves. This trend has a negative significance, which is characterized by an increase in emergency situations in the Russian Federation, created due to lack of experience and skills in controlling the drones or ignorance of the areas of unmanned aerial vehicles prohibited for flights. The author considers the concept of the “restricted zone”, with a view to forming an opinion on this issue. On the basis of the analysis, it was concluded that in the current situa- tion this concept may have both a prohibitive order of use of this zone, and a permissive one. In turn, the author expresses his position and proposes two options for solving this issue: expanding the already available list of prohibited zones for flights or developing a list of zones permitted for the flight.
