On the question of the legal status of Abkhazia in the light of the human and civil rights protection in the international judicial bodies (on the example of the ECHR)

This article discusses the features of the interaction of the Republic of Abkhazia and the international justice authorities on the example of the European Court of Human Rights. It analyzes the theoretical possibility for filing claims against the Russian Federation and the Republic of Georgia, as well as the impossibility of filing a lawsuit in the government of the Republic of Abkhazia by virtue of its partial recognition.
