To the question of the legal status of transnational companies

The article raises the controversial issue of the international legal status of transnational companies, which is at the heart of the problem of effective regulation of TNCs. The author proposes to optimize the legal regulation of TNCs in the framework of regional integration formations. Another important issue is the analysis of jurisprudential positions regarding the recognition of TNCs as a subject of international law. In addition, it should be noted that some concerns are raised by the conditional "permissiveness" of TNCs in economic and political aspects, which is allowed in view of the significant influence of these commercial mastodons on the world economy in whole.
