On the issue of the provision of state municipal services in the Kaluga region

The article considers the provision of public municipal services in the Kaluga region as a potential for increasing the quality of receiving these services, since this problem remains relevant. To solve it, a key factor for the successful implementation of the state program has been established, the main directions of the development of GMU have been determined. It is concluded that the new form of providing public services through the MFC with a qualitatively new level of efficiency, convenience of obtaining information fulfills its purpose to improve their quality.
