To the question of representative in civil and arbitration process

In this paper, the subjects that can be authorized as representatives in civil and administrative processes are comprehensively considered. The comparative analysis with other persons is carried out. The author expressed his own point of view on this issue, examined the views of scientists and jurists, the article analyses the judicial practice.
