On the issue of preventing the involvement of minors in the criminal subculture

The article examines the issues of preventing the involvement of minors in the criminal subculture. The author differentiates the warning into general and special (individual) directions (measures). Among the general measures, the need for legislative reform is noted, among the special ones - socio-educational pre-education. In conclusion, it is argued that these measures are only able to create an effective mechanism for countering the criminal subculture and preventing the involvement of minors in it.
