On the prejudicial significance of judicial decisions to declare a normative legal act invalid

The article deals with the concept of "prejudiciality" and its implementation in cases of contestation of normative legal acts. Prejudicial consequences of declaring a normative legal act invalid are analyzed. An innovation to the legislation concerning the extension of prejudiciality to the normativity of a legal act is proposed. The issue is considered from the position of theory and practice.
