The question of the prestige of the state service in Russia

The article studies the image of public service in Russia. Russian public service over the centuries of its existence, has undergone numerous reforms, one of the main tasks which had always been the desire to enhance its public prestige. But, despite their best from the side of the reformers efforts, the prestige of the civil service in public opinion remains low.
