To the question of the reasons of corruption in the professional activity of the law enforcement officers

The article considers two aspects of the problem of corruption. The first aspect is problems and difficulties of the objective estimation of the corruption rate in Russia. In accordance to the data of questionings of law enforcement officers the advantages and disadvantages of the market assessment method of professional corruption are considered. The second aspect - the strategies of restrictions of corruption. The author finds the reconstruction of the external bureaucracy control to be important and underlines the disadvantages of the reforming of institutions as the main method of economic transformations.
