Revisiting the application of information technologies in member states of the Eurasian Economic Union: legal aspect

The article is devoted to some aspects of the legal regulation of the application of information technologies in the Eurasian Economic Union. The analysis of the content of the provisions of the substantive regulatory legal acts in the analyzed area is presented. Special attention is placed an emphasis on the issues of improving information interaction between the member states of the Union implementing information technologies and the transboundary space of trust. Arguing on the transbound- ary space of trust, the author focuses on the basic principles of cooperation, the order of creation and further development of information systems. As a result of the analysis of legal acts the article author notes that the joint work of information systems of the member states of the Union with information systems of the Eurasian Economic Commission is implemented through the establishment of a secure system of intergovernmental electronic interaction, the use of universal information exchange systems, as well as the unification and harmonization of certain forms of electronic documents.
