Some observations of mediation application and mediability of legal disputes

The article considers some conditions under which legal disputes can be resolved by mediator. The author justifies the need to identify the concept mediability of disputes. When revealing its meaning the author offers a list of legal disputes that have characteristics of mediability. Special attention is paid to the issues of mediation application when resolving office disputes.
