The article discusses the new Customs code of the EAEU. The purpose of writing is to analyze the Customs code of the EAEU from the point of view of identifying the positive and negative sides of this document. A comparative analysis of customs duties as one of the types of customs payments levied by the member States of the Eurasian economic Union.
