On the issue of the applicability of institutions about unfinished criminal activity and complicity in the commission of a crime when qualifying mass riots in the Russian Federation

The article considers the problems of the applicability of institutions about unfinished criminal activity and complicity in the commission of a crime when qualifying mass riots in the Russian Federation. According to the results of the considered issues, the conclusions are formulated on applying the certain institutions of unfinished criminal activity and the provisions of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation on complicity in terms of determining the legal moment of the end of the organization of mass riots. Based on the conclusions of theoretical and practical nature, the author’s vision of eliminating the shortcomings associated with applying the institutions of the General part of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation in the process of qualifying mass riots is given.
