On the principles and directions of personnel policy in the system of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia

In view of the tasks assigned to the units of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia, which involve risks to the life and health of police officers, as well as the observed high percentage of dismissals and shortage of personnel, the need to improve personnel policy is being actualized. The article discusses the principles and directions of the personnel policy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia. The main directions of management activities for achieving personnel policy are defined.
