Towards the question about principles of organization and conducting forensic linguistical examination

The article gives judicial linguistical analysis of the problems, appearing at diagnostics of the harm honor, value, business reputation. There are analyzed the acting principles of the institute of guarding of personal immaterial goods, are offered new algorithms of the semantic studies for theory of the judicial linguis-tical examination. New methodic of the diagnostics of the marker of the language is described in the article on the base of the analysis of the communication dartboards of speech illocution act.
