To the issue of the principles of judicial power

The article considers the principles of judicial power as general and theoretical bases of its activity and strategic directions of its development. The author distinguishes the basic principles of judicial power contained both in the fundamental law of the state and in some other legal acts regulating this sphere of legal relationships. On the basis of the carried-out analysis of scientific and legal literature the various approaches to classification of the principles of judicial power are defined and own view of hierarchy of the principles with allocation as the main principles of judicial power as a phenomenon and principles of its organization and realization is suggested.
