To the question of attraction to administrative responsibility of minors

In this article the procedure for bringing to the administrative responsibility of minors is considered. The current Code of Administrative Offenses provides for 10 penalties for those brought to administrative responsibility. Of these, all types can be applied to minors, except for administrative arrest. However, in practice, such types of punishment as a warning and fine are most often applied to minors. The features of attraction and the main types of punishments for administrative responsibility for minors have been disassembled.
