To the question of attracting the legal responsibility of municipal government bodies

The article considers the issue of bringing to the legal responsibility of the bodies of municipal self-government. Privileges to these bodies are given in order to use them in the performance of their official duties. However, the authorities enjoy such privileges for their own purposes. In such circumstances, it is necessary to think about the settlement of privileges by means of bringing to the legal responsibility of the bodies of municipal self-government.
