Problems of teaching Russian language in the system of national education

The article presents the analysis of some factors of ineffective Russian language teaching in the Russian system of secondary and higher education. The article presents the results of a review analysis of the content of Russian philological education, the main concept of which is the so-called canonical grammar, characterized by a one-sided (analytical) approach to the language. The analytical component of the speech procedure reflects only the position of the addressee, so it can not be complete in language learning. In this regard, it is suggested that the ineffectiveness of linguistic methods is to some extent associated with insufficient attention to the two-sided nature of the communicative act, since the participants of communication use diametrically opposite possibilities of language in speech: the subject synthesizes speech units, and the addressee analyzes them. The article puts forward and defends the position that the role position of the participant of communication in the process of communication must be taken into account when choosing the main principle of language learning, especially in specialties for which the main profession is speech activity...
