To the question of the problems of the production of the survey

The authors analyzed 87 forensic medical examinations (hereinafter referred to as FME) conducted in the department of victims, defendants and other persons of the KGBUZ of the Krasnoyarsk Regional Bureau of Forensic Medical Examination according to the protocols of examinations submitted to the FMS for 2017-2021. The article deals with the main problems that arise during the production of an investigative examination “to detect ... bodily injuries on the human body” (in accordance with Article 179 of the Code of Criminal Procedure of the Russian Federation, Article 180 of the Code of Criminal Procedure of the Russian Federation). Ways of solving the identified problems are proposed.
