To the issue of the problems of implementing the state program of tourism development in the Republic of Crimea

State strategic planning in the sphere of tourism development in the Russian Federation for 2017-2020 covers the main aspects of the State Program for the Development of Resorts and Tourism in the Republic of Crimea, which have recently become especially relevant. In this regard, it becomes necessary to analyze the current state of the resort and tourist complex of the Republic of Crimea, identify key areas of the “road map” for tourism development in the region, study target indicators and indicators for the development of resorts and tourism, as defined by the State Program for the Development of Resorts and Tourism in the Republic of Crimea.
