To the issues related to appointment and arrangement of forensic medical examination on determining the degree of harm to health (on archive recordings Krasnoyarsk regional bureau of forensic medical examination)

The authors based on studying the archive recordings of Krasnoyarsk state budget institution of healthcare “Krasnoyarsk regional bureau of forensic medical examination”, the department of victims, suspects and other persons (resolutions on the appointment of forensic medical examination and expert’s report) analyze the issues related to making up a resolution on forensic medical examination by law enforcement agencies as well as the questions to an expert, sending the necessary materials for forensic medical examination; the ways of their solution are given and the issues of interrogating an expert are also analyzed in the following article.
