On the issue of the professional ethics of a forensic expert in the Russian Federation

Аnnotation: The personality of the forensic expert plays an important role in the most complex modern conditions. It is impossible not to consider the basic principles of developing the requirements for the professional ethics of a forensic expert. We have studied all possible criteria for the development of the professional training of the expert, and suggested recommendations. Considered are difficult situations that appear in the activities of non-state forensic experts.
