The paper considered internecine wars the kindred dynasties of Genghisides and the Il Khanate (the Khulaguides) unfolded in the second half of XIII century in the area of the Northern Caucasus. The Mongols were known to carry out the levy in mass in wartime, among the conquered peoples as well. Thus, in the region of the Northern Caucasus various patterns of weaponry occurred, in particular, of the Iranian origin, which had been emulated by the local inhabitants. The study inferred according to the exploration’ outcomes that the Iranian items of weaponry should have been quite generously supplied (within the frame of actual events of history of the Golden Horde) to the Northern Caucasus, gradually becoming subject to adopting, imitations and copying. The Central Asian and Iranian weaponry items were not rather likely the only Eastern-adopted items. It would be appropriate to mention here about the gifts of an Egyptian Sultan to Golden Horde khans and about other weaponry items, where «Damascus swords», and «the Mamlyuk helmets» had been mentioned.
